Before tonight, I had no idea how to make pizza at home, even though there are many families out there do it regularly. Then I decided that I want to make this one of the regular meals at home because it is supposed to be easy and tasty (two of my best friends at the meal time). I bought the dough at the gourmet supermarket and made the Pizza Bianca. It is quite delicious considering that it only takes olive oil, mozzarella cheese and 10 mins in the oven, but I could not control the shape.
